DocHub Team is developed by Pixel Coast AB (org.nr 559610-9214), Gothenburg, Sweden. Pixel Coast AB is the data controller for any personal data processed in connection with the app. You can contact us at contact@pixelcoastlabs.com.
Data the app uses

The app does not collect advertising identifiers, does not use third-party analytics or advertising tools, and does not track you as defined by Apple's App Tracking Transparency.
Permissions
- The app does not request access to your location, contacts, camera, photos or microphone.
Third parties
- Apple. Apple distributes the app through the App Store. Apple may provide us with anonymous, aggregated statistics such as downloads and crash reports if you have chosen to share them with developers. See Apple's privacy policy.
- Hosting provider [NAME]. Stores accounts and documents on our behalf, under a data processing agreement.
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with anyone for marketing.
Legal basis
We process account data to perform our agreement with your organization (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and usage logs based on our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure (Article 6(1)(f)).
How long we keep data
We keep account data for as long as your organization uses the service. When an account is removed, we delete its data within [30] days. Usage logs are kept for up to [90] days.
Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You can ask your organization's administrator to remove your account, or contact us directly to request deletion.
To use your rights, email contact@pixelcoastlabs.com. If you think we handle your data incorrectly, you can also contact the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY).
Children
DocHub Team is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls on our servers.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app changes. The latest version is always published on this page, with the effective date at the top. For significant changes, we will also inform you in the app.
